August 26, 1958 - June 25, 2019


It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Arlene on June 25, 2019 at St.

Boniface Hospital at the age of 60 years. She will be missed by the love of her life Rick Verner.

She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Velma.

Survived by her daughter Rebecca (Brian), brother Tom (Vicki), sisters, Pat (Russ),

Connie and numerous nieces and nephews. Known to her grandchildren as "Baba", she will be so missed by Blake, Leanne and Alyson.

Arlene had so many interests – camping, fishing, bowling, cross stitching and cooking for her grandchildren. She was employed over 35 years for RBC.

Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street.

Family wishes to thank the staff of CancerCare at Concordia Hospital and the ER staff at St. Boniface Hospital.

Flowers are gratefully declined. If so desired, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. Vichnaya Pamyat.
